I’m definitely back and I’m here to stay 🙂 New year, new you as they say. Everyone has resolutions for the new year, it’s a semi fresh start to make things better. So let’s make some resolutions.
NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS
1. Keep track of my fitness and nutrition. To improve my performance and energy levels. – Just like this song.
2. Go to clinics. It is always good to have other’s point of view.
3. Reach Blanc’s optimal weight. We have struggle a bit with that in 2015, but we are very close.
4. Buy a saddle. With some misfortune last year I became saddle less, so I’m saving to buy a real nice saddle.
5. Finish the year riding 4th level. Just hard work ahead.
6. Learn how to groom properly. I know the basics, but I want to go to the pros and learn the ”inside tricks”.
7. Ride a test per month. This goes with number 5, it helps/forces me to keep improving.
8. Refine my aids. I have very strong hands and need to use my legs more….. I think almost everyone can relate.
9. Keep records of height, weight, deworming, vaccines, etc. Just being more organised.
10. Arrive earlier to the barn. The earlier you arrive the more productive day you have.
11. Apply sunblock EVERYTIME I ride. I suck at applying sunblock… I know it is terrible.
12. Create a schedule to post regularly here :). I have design somewhat of a schedule, lets put it to the test in January and see what modifications I have to make to have it work.
