As many people from my social media may have guessed . . . I moved to France!
First of all sorry for the long hiatus. I was sorting my life for the move.
Second, I want to explain a little bit about the circumstances that led to the decision.
I really liked living in Mexico, but realized that at the moment Mexico can’t offer me what I need to become a profesional rider. Don’t get me wrong Mexico has really good riders, but the thing is, it is not comparable to horse Mecca: Europe. Plus I discussed it with my partner and he felt the same way about his career.
The country to live in was decided because he got a nice job here – South of France – and France it’s a good first step for me to dive in in Europe’s horse world.
How long will we be staying here? When are we going back to Mexico? I don’t the answer to either of those. For the moment we are here and I’m enjoying every minute of the gorgeous French Riviera.
