Hello hello ….. Last month I had the opportunity to go to Amsterdam with my mom, and obviously we went to a tack shop near(ish) the city. Because co’mon going to Netherlands and not visiting anything related to horses :p .
We originally wanted to go to Het Gareel to a saddle fitting, but because of schedules and the distance from Amsterdam we were not able to go. A quick internet search led me to Epplejeck. With an English webpage, multiple known brands as: Ariat, Pikeur, Kingsland, Eurostar, Petrie, and several locations they had me.
Getting there was kind of tricky because after the train Google Maps made us walk almost the entire town when we could have taken a bus. But in the end we got to the address listed in Amersfoort. I’m not going to lie, at first I panicked because it seemed that there was nothing there, just a gardening store. Beauty when you look closely you can find it on the second floor.

Once in it is an equestrian dream. Everything you want and need for you and your horse. Lots and lots of color options of the item you want. And we were on luck because they had a sale going on and scored some really good deals on several bridles.

I must say that it was a great surprise going to Epplejeck. Awesome brand selection, tons of colors to choose from and great quality. Plus I ended with a loyalty card …. so they have a new semi-frequent client.
